For registration after 19 November 2011 and registration on site on Saturday 10 december 2011 an extra € 50,- is charged to any option. Add it to the early bird fee after 19 november 2011.
No onsite registration on Friday 9 December 2011 accepted.
Cancelation before 1 november 2011 is fully refunded minus € 35,- administration fee. No refunds after 1 november 2011. 'Stand inn' is permitted of course.
Live Surgery Friday 9th December only is not an option.
Social program Friday evening is included and not refundable.
